Your Responsibilities
As the Social Media Manager, you will spearhead our efforts in creating and maintaining a captivating social media presence. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Content Creation and Strategy: Develop innovative content strategies that deliver value to our audience and align with our seasonal promotions, new products, and community initiatives.
- Campaign Management: Oversee initiative campaigns from inception to execution, ensuring targeted reach and optimal engagement metrics.
- Community Management: Foster a strong community via direct interaction with customers across platforms, enhancing brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.
- Analysis and Reporting: Use advanced analytics tools to assess performance metrics, adjusting strategies based on findings to ensure continuous improvement and success.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, graphic design, and customer service, to establish cohesive messaging across all platforms.
- Social Media Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends in social media and digital marketing, adapting to changes to keep our brand at the forefront of the industry.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must have a combination of experience, skills, and passion. The ideal Social Media Manager will possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably with a focus on brand engagement and community building.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) and how to tailor content for each.
- Proficiency in tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Google Analytics, and familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of German is an asset.
- A creative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
